Ulf ”Uffe” Sandberg is 40 years old and lives in Solna. He has studied at high school level and gone to different evening and weekend classes in oil painting and watercolour.
– I have tried watercolour, acrylics and sketching, but I find it more fun and stimulating to paint in oil.the interest for painting has always been there in Ulf’s life, but six years ago he started to take his creativity seriously. – It is a wonderful feeling to transform your thoughts and feelings into colours and forms, he explains. Ulf Sandberg is productive and has had two exhibitions. – I paint depending on how the feeling strikes me. That means the styles are different, but there are always strong colours in my motives. The paintings reflect the days of my life and life as a whole, spiced with my imagination. The Little Guy has been a recurring theme since he started painting and has already reached broad appreciation amongst a wide range of art lovers. – With his simple and lovingly message he fills a large part of my heart, says Ulf. Ulf Sandberg thinks a lot about life. – where are we actually going? When I look back on life I am happily surprised over where all the different paths has taken me; sometimes you end up in a cul-de-sac, but suddenly you are back on the right track again and a new piece is added to the puzzle of life. I feel immensely happy about this opportunity to share my paintings and thoughts to all and everyone and hope you have a colourful and inspiring moment.
