Bengt O Björklund makes a short speech about the painting "Children in a window" after the unveiling.

That time has come when Bengt O Björklund once again presents some of what he has been doing the past few years. The development of what he calls “controlled chance” has continued in many different ways and with different medium. The non-figurative has found the figurative in an interplay that never before was a part of his work and he continues to experiment, to a certain part within the Abstract Expressionist tradition, but still in in a very unique style of his own. The meeting between the abstract and the concrete seems to be what occupies him at this time.

Since his last exhibition here Bengt O Björklund has had two major exhibitions in Stockholm and sold two of his paintings to the city of Stockholm. He has been a part of one big group exhibition and had a smaller exhibition in conjunction with the city of Stockholm.
